On display at the 10th Queensland Weeds Symposium, 26 - 29 July 09, Capricorn Resort, Yeppoon

bobcat 2008 100hp 8SV Posi-Track bobcat fitted with forks & cutter bar for the effective removal of plants
A bobcat has considerably less impact on the surroundings, than the traditionally used bulldozer. There is less soil disturbance and less damage to other vegetation.
An area the size of two football fields can be cleared in an hour.
Suitable for heavy infestations of woody weed such as lantana, the bobcat is effective in reducing the bulk of the thickets in order to allow the application of other controls & to remove large plants entirely from the ground.

As with all mechanical control methods, revegetation with pasture or native vegetation should always be carried out as soon as possible. Follow-up treatment of shoots and seedlings with methods such as spot spraying is essential.

The following are also available to meet your weed management requirements:

bullet 2004 Toyota Landcruiser utility equipped with 2008 600L Quik Spray unit with twin hose reels and boom spray.
